SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAMS - BRIAN HOUSE, INC. PROVIDES TARGETED SUPPORTS TO RESIDENTS LIVING IN A SEMI-INDEPENDENT ENVIRONMENT AS DESCRIBED IN THEIR OVERALL PLAN OF CARE.
