THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION ARE TO CARRY ON EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES TO IDENTIFY, PRESERVE, PROTECT, AND ENHANCE PHEASANT HABITAT IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO AND ELSEWHERE WHICH HAS SIGNIFICANT SCENIC, WILDLIFE, AGRICULTURAL AND/OR HISTORICAL OR ARCHAEOLOGICAL VALUE, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN PHEASANT HABITAT, ENCOURAGE WILDLIFE AND CONSERVATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
