THE ASSOCIATION SUPPLIES INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC WITH INFORMATION CONCERNING THE INDUSTRY. ESTIMATED TOTAL NUMBER OF PERSONS BENEFITTED IS 5,000 PER YEAR.
MEETINGS AND SEMINARS ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND ARE EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE. THEY ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND HELD AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. THEY AVERAGE APPROXIMATELY 200 PER MONTH IN ATTENDANCE.
CAM COURSES ARE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING COURSES THAT DEAL SPECIFICALLY WITH MANAGING AND OPERATING APARTMENT UNITS. A CERTIFICATE OF "CERTIFIED APARTMENT MANAGER" IS ISSUED UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE. THE PUBLIC IS ADMITTED. APPROXIMATELY 500 PER YEAR ATTEND.
THE TRADESHOW, WHICH IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, IS AN ANNUAL EVENT THAT FEATURES EXHIBITS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO THE RENTAL HOUSING INDUSTRY, THAT ARE EDUCATIONAL. THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE NOT FOR SALE. SEMINARS ARE ALSO GIVEN. APPROXIMATELY 2,500 ATTEND.
