THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY CARE LICENSED DAY PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEED AND INTERESTS OF A DIVERSE ADULT COMMUNITY WITH DISABILITIES. THERE IS AN EMPHASIS ON COMMUNICATION, BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT, SUPPORT, AND EMPLOYMENT.

COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS INCLUDE PRODUCTION UNLIMITED, WHICH IS A TRADITIONAL SHELTERED WORKSHOP WORKING ENVIRONMENT INCLUDING BENCH WORK, ASSEMBLY, SALVAGE, QUALITY CONTROL, AND PACKAGING. ANOTHER PROGRAM IS SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT GROUP, WHICH OFFERS EMPLOYMENT WITH SUPERVISION INCLUDING LANDSCAPING/RIGHT OF WAY MAINTENANCE/JANITORIAL THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH CITY OF CERES. CLIENTS ALSO WORK FOR THE CA DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION AT REST STOPS IN TURLOCK AND WESTLEY AND OTHER PRIVATE BUSINESS TO LEARN JOB SKILLS. THE INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENT PROGRAM HELPS COACHED CLIENTS BECOME EMPLOYED BY LOCAL EMPLOYERS.


THE FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM OFFERS TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY IN AN ONSITE KITCHEN. CLIENTS ARE TRAINED IN FOOD PRODUCTION FOR THE SENIOR MEAL PROGRAM, CATERING, SCHOOL LUNCHES, AND OTHER MEALS FOR AGENCIES THAT PROVIDE MEALS TO THEIR CLIENTS. ONE OF THESE AGENCIES IS STANISLAUS RECOVERY CENTER, WHICH IS ACCREDITED BY CARF INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION REVIEWING PROGRAM.


ADULT SERVICES PROGRAMS INCLUDE MULTIPLE PROGRAMS. PSA HELPS CLIENTS IMPROVE CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS, CIP-COMMUNITY INTEGRATION PROGRAM HELPS CLIENTS WITH SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING FUNCTION SKILL TRAINING AND VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES, GOP-GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES HELPS CLIENTS FOCUSING ON LEISURE ACTIVITIES TO MAINTAIN FUNCTIONAL AND COGNITIVE CAPABILITIES, AND HAL-HOME AT LAST GIVES INDIVIDUALS OPPORTUNITIES TO LIVE IN A HOME BY PLACING THEM WITH SUPPORTIVE HOST FAMILIES. THESE ARE DAY PROGRAMS AIMED TO HELP ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
