REACH WAS ORGANIZED BY PARENTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO PROVIDE FOR REHABILITATION AND CONTINUING WELFARE OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS. THE FOCUS OF THE ORGANIZATION FOR WHICH A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF RESOURCES ARE EXPENDED, IS ON THE DELTA SERVICES, HOUSING AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES PROGRAMS. REACH'S PROGRAMS PROVIDE DAY TIME EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO DISABLED ADULTS. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULTS ON A 24/DAY BASIS AND SPEECH/LANGUAGE SERVICES TO SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND ADULTS. ADDITIONALLY, REACH PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS.
