PROVIDE CARE AND HABILITATING ACTIVITIES FOR DISABLED, LOW-INCOME, AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS THROUGH PROVIDING GROUP HOMES, ADULT DAY CARE, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

PROVIDES GROUP HOMES WITH THERAPEUTIC, HABILITATING ACTIVITIES AND SUPERVISION TO APPROX. 48 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND 11 BEHAVIORALLY DISABLED ADULTS. ALSO, PROVIDES IN-HOME SUPPORT TO APPROX. 60 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND 10 CHILDREN IN THE DAY TREATMENT TRAINING AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.


CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME, DISABLED, AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS FOR 24,940 TOTAL PASSENGERS.


PROVIDES ADULT DAY-CARE SERVICES, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE TO APPROX. 44 DISADVANTAGED ADULTS.


PROVIDES EARLY INTERVENTION FAMILY SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS STARTING AT BIRTH.
