CONSUMER DIRECTED PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS AND CHOICE MEDICAID - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE, DAY HABILITATION SERVICES, CHORE AND RESPITE CARE FOR ELIGIBLE SENIORS.
THE CENTER MANAGES 15 INDEPENDENT RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN THE COMPLEX UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VALDEZ.
