ACCESS SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO PERSONS 60 YEARS OR OLDER INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION FOR SHOPPING, MEALS AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. OUTREACH AND NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF SERVICES AVAILABLE.
