SIT AND BE FIT ALSO SERVES AS A RESOURCE FOR CAREGIVERS, FITNESS EXPERTS AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS. DURING THE YEAR 2021, SIT AND BE FIT ACCOMPLISHED THE FOLLOWING:TELEVISION SERIESTHE SIT AND BE FIT TELEVISION SERIES CONTINUES TO AIR ON PUBLIC TELEVISION STATIONS NATIONWIDE.
