SUPPORT IN 2023 PROVIDED MULTIPLE INITIATIVES THAT ADVANCED THE HEALTHCARE WORKFORCE IN 2023 INCLUDING ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND THE CONFLUENCE STUDENT INTERN (CSI) CAMP FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS CURIOUS ABOUT CAREERS IN HEALTHCARE. SUPPORT FROM DONORS PROVIDED EQUIPMENT THAT AIDS THE QUALITY CARE AVAILABLE IN NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON INCLUDING STATE-OF-THE-ART LABOR AND DELIVERY BEDS, STRYKER WHEELCHAIRS TO ENSURE SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE PATIENT TRANSPORT, A NEW ADAPTIVE TRIKE FOR PEDIATRIC PHYSICAL THERAPY, AND THE SPECIAL GIFT OF A CUDDLECOT BASSINET. ADAPTIVE CYCLING PROVIDES FOUR FREE EVENTS EACH YEAR AND LITERACY PROGRAMS AT PRIMARY CARE PROVIDED OVER 7,000 BOOKS TO CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
