ORGANIZED IN 2010, SAINT ALPHONSUS HEALTH SYSTEM IS LOCATED IN BOISE, IDAHO AND IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF FOUR NONPROFIT HOSPITAL ORGANIZATIONS. TOGETHER, THEIR PURPOSE IS TO SERVE THE 21ST CENTURY HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE WITHIN THE TREASURE VALLEY TO THE I-84 CORRIDOR IN EASTERN OREGON. CURRENTLY, THE HEALTH SYSTEM (WHICH IS COMPRISED OF MORE THAN 4,000 ASSOCIATES AND A 950+ MEDICAL STAFF) SERVES OVER 700,000 PEOPLE IN TWO STATES. THE HEALTH SYSTEM GOVERNS, MANAGES, AND PROVIDES LONG-RANGE STRATEGIC PLANNING, FINANCIAL, LEGAL AND OTHER EXPERTISE AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO ITS SUBSIDIARIES.
