ASTRIA HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE - YAKIMA PROVIDES HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY. IN 2023, THERE WERE A TOTAL OF 8,918 HOME HEALTH VISITS FOR 372 INDIVIDUALS AND A TOTAL OF 4,768 HOSPICE PATIENT CARE DAYS FOR 102 INDIVIDUAL CASES.
