THIS ENTITY HAS ESTABLISHED A PRIORITY OF SERVICES TO HOMELESS INDIVIUALS, THOSE LIVING OUTDOORS, AND/OR LIVING IN PLACES NOT MEANT FOR HUMANS. DURING 2019, THE HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER OF LEWIS COUNTY PROVIDED 138 HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WITH SHELTER EQUALING 8,444 BED NIGHTS. THE HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER ALSO ASSISTED 591 HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS IN LOCATING AND SECURING PERMANENT HOUSING, 250 OF WHICH WERE PERMANENTLY HOUSED WITH SHORT TERM RENTAL SUBSIDIES. THE HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER CONDUCTED ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDED ACCESS TO HOUSING AND OTHER SERVICES TO 781 HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS THROUGH COORDINATED ENTRY.
