COVID-19 ASSISTANCE: COCOON HOUSE SERVES AS THE AGENCY OF RECORD IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY TO DISTRIBUTE EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND TREASURY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDS TO ELIGIBLE YOUNG ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. COCOON HOUSE UTILIZED A TEAM OF TRAINED STAFF TO IDENTIFY MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO QUALIFY FOR RENT SUPPORT AND EVICTION PREVENTION SERVICES. APPLICANTS ARE SCREENED FOR ELIGIBILITY AND ARE AWARDED BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIERS.
