MEETING BASIC NEEDS FOR FOOD, PERSONAL HYGIENE, CLOTHING, TRANSPORTATION, AND MEDICAL SERVICES AND ADDICTION TREATMENT REFERRALS. DURING 2022, WE SERVED 469 UNDUPLICATED YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO VISITED THE RESOURCE CENTER 5,696 TIMES. WE SERVED 11,697 MEALS AND HAD 2,649 BED NIGHTS. CLIENTS VISITED THE CLOTHING ROOM 2,386 TIMES, TOOK 624 SHOWERS, AND VISITED TO DO LAUNDRY 197 TIMES.


ASSESSMENT, INTAKE, CASE MANAGEMENT FOR YOUTH. CONNECTING YOUTH WITH SCHOOLS AND GED PROGRAMS. EMPLOYMENT SEARCH AND JOB COACHING TO CONNECT YOUTH TO EMPLOYMENT SOURCES AND OPPORTUNITIES. DURING 2022, WE HELPED INDIVIDUALS REPLACE IDENTIFYING DOCUMENTS INCLUDING STATE ID, BIRTH CERTIFICATES, AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS. WE ASSISTED 30 YOUTH WITH EMPLOYMENT AND RESUME PREPERATION. 51 YOUNG PEOPLE BECAME HOUSED THROUGH OTHER PROGRAMS, FAMILY REUNIFICATION OR THEIR OWN RENTALS.16 COMPLETED A SELF-IDENTIFIED EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT. SERVED 41 WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES WITH 405 THERAPY HOURS AND GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS. HELPED YOUTH AVOID HOMELESSNESS WITH DIVERSIONS AND POSTIVE MOVEMENTS WITHIN/OUT OF THE EMERGENCY HOMELESS RESPONSE SYSTEM. PROVIDED 3 INDIVIUALS MATCHES TO HOST HOMES.
