THESE BONDS ALLOW FOR OUR STAFF TO SERVE AS MEDIATORS AND CONNECTORS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS AND A VARIETY OF SERVICE ORGANIZATION IN THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA.
