HOUSING - ADMINISTRATION OF LOW-INCOME WEATHERIZATION AND ENERGY ASSISTANCE, HOUSING PRESERVATION, AND OWN, OPERATE, AND MANAGE 60 UNITS OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING AND SHELTER SERVICES. ALSO PROVIDE HOMEBUYER AND DEFAULT COUNSELING SERVICES, AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES.


OTHER SIGNIFICANT PROGRAM AREAS INCLUDE COMMUNITY SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT, & VICTIM SERVICES.
