LOAN PROJECTS MUST MEET NATIONAL STANDARDS OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION TO BE APPROVED. SINCE THE LOAN PROGRAM'S INCEPTION, ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOODS HAVE BEEN REVITALIZED. THE EASEMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES PERMANENT PROTECTION FOR OVER 126 HISTORIC PROPERTIES IN THE STATE OF UTAH. EACH YEAR, PRESERVATION UTAH INSPECTS THESE PROPERTIES AND RATES THEIR CONDITIONS. A REPORT IS GIVEN TO EACH PROPERTY OWNER WITH SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO CARE FOR THEIR PROPERTY. THE REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROVIDES THE PUBLIC WITH PRACTICAL PRESERVATION TRAINING THROUGH GUEST LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS. THE EVENTS FOCUS ON TRAINING IN HISTORIC PRESERVATION TECHNIQUES.
