OUR MISSION IS TO SEE OUR LATINX & INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY OF THE ROGUE VALLEY THRIVE. WE WORK TOWARDS A FUTURE WHERE THE LATINX AND INDIGENOUS FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY CAN ACTUALIZE OUR COLLECTIVE POWER TO SHAPE OUR DESTINY AND CREATE OUR OWN SOLUTIONS.

OUR GENERAL COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN TO SERVE AND CENTER FIRE SURVIVORS IN THE FIRE RECOVERY EFFORTS POST ALMEDA FIRES OF 2020. OUR TWO HOUSING PROJECTS, TALENT MOBILE ESTATES AND SUMMIT GARDENS HAVE EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZING AND FACILITATING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS TO ENSURE THAT OUR COMMUNITY IS PART OF RE-IMAGINING THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS AND HAVE VOICE IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS. THESE PROGRAMS FOCUS ON OUTREACH, EDUCATION, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND SERVICES.


DE LA RAIZ PROGRAMMING FOCUSES ON BELONGING AND CREATIVE PLACEMAKING FOR THE LATINX AND INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY OF THE ROGUE VALLEY. THESE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENTS BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, AND CULTURAL EXPERIENCE. ONE OF THESE PROGRAMS IS EL MERCADITO, WHICH F BRINGS TOGETHER LATINX AND BIPOC ENTREPRENEURS, COMMUNITY, AND CULTURE.


CF IS AN INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM PROVIDER. THIS PROGRAM OFFERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHILE ALSO EMPHASIZES FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND COUNSELING TO EMPOWER CLIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL SKILLS TO MANAGE THEIR MONEY EFFECTIVELY. CLIENTS RECEIVE GUIDANCE ON BUDGETING, DEBT MANAGEMENT, CREDIT BUILDING, AND OTHER FINANCIAL TOPICS, ENSURING THEIR LONG-TERM SUCCESS EVEN AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM. OUR IDA PROGRAM FOSTERS ECONOMIC GROWTH, STRENGTHENS COMMUNITIES, AND CREATES A PATHWAY TO A BRIGHTER, MORE PROSPEROUS FUTURE. THE MEDFORD ROTARY PROGRAM HAS SUPPORTED FIRE SURVIVORS WITH ACCESSING FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, UTILITY BILL RELIEF AND WORK EQUIPMENT.
