TO IMPROVE HUMAN CIVILIZATIONS LONG-TERM PROSPECTS FOR SURVIVAL AND FLOURISHING. CURRENTLY, OUR MAIN STRATEGY IS COLLABORATING WITH UNIVERSITY RESEARCH GROUPS WORKING TO REDUCE EXISTENTIAL RISK, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH FREE SERVICES AND SUPPORT.

COLLABORATIONS PROGRAM - WE COLLABORATED WITH RESEARCH GROUPS AT UC BERKELEY, MIT, THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD, STANFORD UNIVERSITY, UMASS AMHERST, AND SEVERAL OTHERS, PROVIDING FREE SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE FIELD OF EXISTENTIAL RISK REDUCTION.
WE CLOSED DOWN THE BERI SUPPORT FUND, AND GRANTED THE REMAINING FUNDS FROM THE BAY AREA X-RISK COMMUNITY INITIATIVE (BAXCI) TO ANOTHER ORGANIZATION TO SUPPORT A SIMILAR PROGRAM.
WE CLOSED A GRANTS PROGRAM AIMED AT REDUCING EXISTENTIAL RISK. WE FINISHED ADMINISTERING THE LAST OF OUR GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, AND GRANTED THE REMAINING MONEY TO ANOTHER ORGANIZATION FOR A SIMILAR PROGRAM.
