BALLET ARIZONA IS AN INNOVATIVE AND PROVOCATIVE PROFESSIONAL BALLET COMPANY THAT CREATES, PERFORMS, AND TEACHES OUTSTANDING CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY BALLET.

Part 3 - Line 4a

BALLET PERFORMANCES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A PROFESSIONALLY RECOGNIZED RESIDENT BALLET COMPANY. THE ORGANIZATION PRESENTED 45 PERFORMANCES WITH 72,129 ATTENDEES IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA DURING ITS REGULAR SEASON.


THE SCHOOL OF BALLET ARIZONA IS THE ORGANIZATION'S OFFICIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE. OVER 400 STUDENTS AGES 4 AND UP PARTICIPATED IN BEGINNER THROUGH ADVANCED LEVEL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING PRE-PROFESSIONAL AND RECREATIONAL OFFERINGS. DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, STUDENTS TOOK 3,900 CLASSES OFFERED ALONGSIDE PROFESSIONAL DANCERS AND ARTISTIC STAFF OF BALLET ARIZONA. A RESOURCE OF COMMITTED AND INSPIRED TEACHERS GENERATED AN IMAGINATIVE, CREATIVE AND PRODUCTIVE RESPONSE. THE SCHOOL OF BALLET ARIZONA STUDENTS ARE ABLE TO SHARE THEIR LOVE OF DANCING IN COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF THE ARTS TO YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGHOUT METROPOLITAN PHOENIX.
