TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH INVESTMENTS IN MINORITY-OWNED ENTERPRISES, HOUSING, EDUCATION, AND HEALTHCARE WHILE PROMOTING THE BUSINESS CASE FOR DIVERSITY.

REACH LISTENING CIRCLES: IN THE YEAR 2022, FORESIGHT SUCCESSFULLY ENGAGED WITH OVER EIGHTY BUSINESSES THROUGH ITS COMPREHENSIVE SERIES OF LISTENING CIRCLE BUSINESS EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN. THESE EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS PROVIDED PARTICIPANTS WITH INVALUABLE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE REALMS OF MARKETING AND FINANCE. SIMULTANEOUSLY, THE PROGRAM FOCUSED ON FOSTERING MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS AND DEVISING STRATEGIES TO PROMOTE EQUITABLE ECONOMIC ACTIVELY RECRUITED 15 BUSINESSES FROM VARIOUS INDUSTRIES, INCLUDING REAL ESTATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING, HEALTHCARE, STAFFING, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INTO OUR SIX MONTH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM WAS STRUCTURED TO OFFER ADVANCED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, SPECIALIZED GUIDANCE, AND SUPPORT TO THESE BUSINESSES AS THEY NAVIGATED THE COMPLEX TERRAIN OF THEIR RESPECTIVE INDUSTRIES AND PURSUED SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.
