OUR EL MERCADITO MARKET, OUT DOOR CULTURAL MARKET, IS HELD THE LAST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT AM CANNON PARK FROM 11AM TO 3PM. EL MERCADITO WAS DEVELOPED TO CREATE ACCESS TO FRESH CULTURAL FOODS, ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SHOWCASE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. AT EL MERCADITO YOU CAN OBTAIN FRESH FOODS AND VEGETABLES, CULTURAL FOODS, RECEIVE YOUR COVID-19 VACCINE, LISTEN TO MUSIC, AND DANCE AT OUR ZUMBA CLASS!
THE COMMUNITY COMADRES PROGRAM PROVIDES WRAP AROUND SERVICES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT FAMILIES NAVIGATING STATE AND LOCAL SYSTEMS IN AREAS SUCH AS: ENROLLING IN HEALTH INSURANCE, RENTAL AND ENGERY ASSISTANCE, COVID-19 SUPPORT, ACCOMPANIMENT TO APPOINTMENTS, AND CONNECTION WITH LOCAL AND STATE PROGRAMS.
OUR THIRD PROGRAM PROVIDES VARIOUS SOCIAL SERVICE SUPPORTS INCLUDING PROVIDNIG HEALTH COACHING, IMMIGRATION SUPPORT AND LEGAL CLINICS.
