PROMOTING THE FAIRBANKS REGION TO TOURISTS AND BUSINESSES. FCVB PRODUCES VISITOR GUIDES, ADVERTISES FAIRBANKS AS AN ATTRACTIVE DESTINATION IN VARIOUS MEDIA FORMS, AND HELPS TO FACILITATE EVENTS. FCVB BRINGS CONVENTIONS AND GROUP MEETINGS TO FAIRBANKS. FCVB'S MISSION IS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ECONOMIC WELL BEING OF THE FAIRBANKS COMMUNITY BY FOCUSING ITS EFFORTS ON MARKETING FAIRBANKS TO POTENTIAL VISITORS.
