AS A CONVENER, ADVOCATE, INVESTOR, AND FUNDER, GHF ENGAGES WITH KEY PARTNERS, DEVELOPERS, ELECTED OFFICIALS, COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS, AND RESIDENTS TO INCREASE AND PRESERVE THE SUPPLY OF A VARIETY OF SAFE, ACCESSIBLE, HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING CHOICES TO SUPPORT ECONOMIC GROWTH AND PROMOTE PROSPERITY FOR ALL CITIZENS THROUGHOUT GREENVILLE COUNTY. GHF SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRESERVATION OF 225 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMPLETED A COMMUNITYWIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING STRATEGIC PLAN, LAUNCHED THE GREENVILLE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COALITION TO SUPPORT ONGOING COMMUNITY EDUCATION, ADDED PARCELS TO OUR LAND BANK, AND SUPPORTED THE RENOVATION OF 9 OWNER-OCCUPIED SINGLE FAMILY HOMES THROUGH OUR HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION PROGRAM.
