THE PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY IS TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS OF THE COURTYARD AT WINTHROP A HOUSING OPPORTUNITY THAT PROMOTES COMMUNITY, COMFORT, AND CONVENIENCE THAT ENHANCES THE TOTAL UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE.
