WUREF DEVELOPMENT LLC, DBA THE COURTYARD AT WINTHROP, (THE "COMPANY") IS A SOUTH CAROLINA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA ON DECEMBER 13, 2001. THE PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY IS TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS OF THE COURTYARD AT WINTHROP A HOUSING OPPORTUNITY THAT PROMOTES COMMUNITY, COMFORT, AND CONVENIENCE THAT ENHANCES THE TOTAL UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY'S CHARGE IS TO ENSURE THE CONTINUED VIABILITY OF THE COURTYARD AT WINTHROP THROUGH MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PERCENTAGES AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY.
