THE PROJECT IS A SINGLE ASSET ENTITY THAT OPERATES UNDER THE SECTION 8, PROJECT BASED RENTAL ASSISTANCE (PBRA) PROGRAM, AS MANAGED BY HUD MULTIFAMILY. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE AFFAIRS OF THE PROJECT IS VESTED WITH ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
