CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THESE HOMES WERE BUILT ON HOUSE SPONSORSHIPS FROM LOCAL, CIVIC, AND COMMUNITY DONATIONS. ADDITIONAL HUD FUNDING, SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, WAS ALSO AWARDED TO THE ORGANIZATION AND USED IN THE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES MADE AVAILABLE TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. ALL HOMES CONSTRUCTED WERE BUILT IN EXISTING OR NEW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTS TO HELP FAMILIES BUILD A COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE AND PROVIDE A FOUNDATION FOR THEIR SUCCESS.
