THE ORGANIZATION CONSTRUCTED 23 HOMES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022. AT THE END OF THE YEAR 16 HOMES WERE IN PROCESS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMED CRITICAL REPAIRS ON 188 OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSES.
THE RESTORE IS A DISCOUNT HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTER THAT SELLS NEW AND USED HOME IMPROVEMENT ITEMS TO THE PUBLIC AND FUNDS ARE USED TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS. IN ADDITION, THE RESTORE FURTHERS THE HABITAT MISSION BY ALLOWING FAMILIES WHO DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TOAFFORD TYPICAL REHAB OPPORTUNITIES TO BE ABLE TO FIX UP THEIR OWN HOMES AND HAS AN ENVIRONMENTAL COMPONENT BY KEEPING ITEMS THAT WOULD TYPICALLY END UP IN A LANDFILL IN USE. OUR PARTNER FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO SERVE IN THE RESTORE TO LEARN VALUABLE SKILLS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOME REPAIR.
