COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDES THE SERVICES THAT LOCAL GOVERNMENTS PROVIDE. ADMINISTRATION IS CHARGED WITH IMPLEMENTING THE COVENANTS, ADMINISTRATING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, PROVIDING PUBLIC SAFETY, FIRE, EMS, ROAD MAINTENANCE (APPROX. 98 MILES), TRAIL MAINTENANCE (APPROX. 20 MILES), ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL, GROUNDS LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE, PEST AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS.
