MULTIFAMILY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - AHC, INC. TAKES A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. AHC, INC. CREATES INNOVATIVE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/ACQUISITION STRATEGIES AND PAIR THEM WITH LIFE-CHANGING PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTS. AHC, INC.'S PORTFOLIO INCLUDES 53 MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITIES PROVIDES OVER 7,800 HOMES, MOST OF THEM AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS, IN VIRGINIA, MARYLAND, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - AHC, INC. HAS AN IN-HOUSE DIVISION THAT PROVIDES MISSION-DRIVEN EXPERTISE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
