DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES FOR EITHER RENTAL OR SALE TO LOW- AND MODERATE- INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE MID-ATLANTIC REGION.
WE PROVIDE RESIDENT SERVICES PROGRAMS TO RESIDENTS OF OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES DESIGNED TO CONNECT THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES AND MAKE OUR PROPERTIES PLACES OF PRIDE AND BELONGING.
