ECD HAS BEEN PROVIDING RESIDENT SERVICES PROGRAMMING THROUGH OUR 501(C)(3) AFFILIATE, COMMUNITY PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CPDC), FOR MANY YEARS. DURING 2021 THESE SERVICES WERE TRANSITIONED FROM CPDC TO ECD.
