TO ASSIST ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED RESIDENTS OF DELAWARE COUNTY, PA IN ACHIEVING SELF-SUFFICIENCY BY PROVIDING A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, HOUSING, EMERGENCY SERVICES, FOOD DISTRIBUTION, EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING, COUNSELING, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES VARIOUS PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO ASSESS NEEDS, AND PROVIDE OUTREACH HOUSING ASSISTANCE(EMERGENCY SHELTER, WEATHERIZATION UTILITY AND RENT ASSISTANCE),AND OTHER HOUSING RELATED SERVICES TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES OF DELAWARE COUNTY. PROPERTIES LOCATED IN DETERIORATED AREAS ARE REHABILITATED TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENTAL, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAMS.
THE ORGANIZATION HAS VARIOUS PROGRAMS TO ASSESS NEEDS, PROVIDING VARIOUS SERVICES INCLUDING FOOD PROGRAMS, JOB TRAINING, AND CASE MANAGEMENT AND OTHER SERVICES.
