IRA RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS- CONSIST OF THE OPERATION OF COMMUNITY RESIDENCES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS CAPABLE OF LIVING/FUNCTIONING IN THE COMMUNITY. IRA RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS PROVIDES SUCH INDIVIDUALS WITH A HOME AND SUPERVISION, TRAINING THEM TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT IN THEIR HOMES, AND AT THE SAME TIME HELPING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
IN-HOME PROGRAM- PROVIDES COMMUNITY INCLUSION SERVICES TO DEVELOPMENTALLY CHALLENGED INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR HOMES OR COMMUNITIES. THE GOAL IS TO TEACH THEM SKILLS, TAKE THEM OUT FOR RECREATION, AND TO PROVIDE RESPITE SERVICES TO THEIR IMMEDIATE CAREGIVERS.
