EXPENSES INCURRED IN DEVELOPING 177 UNITS FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE PROJECTS UTILIZING VARIOUS FUNDING SOURCES INCLUDING LIHC AND OTHER STATE AND LOCAL FUNDING.
