HUD GRACE - TO CONNECT WOMEN AND FAMILIES TO HOUSING WITHOUT PRECONDITIONS AND BARRIERS TO ENTRY. WE SUPPORT OUR TENANTS THROUGH A HOST OF SERVICES, INCLUDING TRAUMA AND FAMILY COUNSELING AND ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATION SERVICES. THE FUNDING SOURCE IS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
WOMEN'S COMMUNITY JUSTICE PROJECT - TO DIVERT WOMEN BEING UNNECESSARILY DETAINED AT ROSE M. SINGER CENTER INTO COMMUNITY-BASED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.
OMH SOLEIL PROGRAM - TO PROVIDE TIMELY, PERSONALIZED TRAUMA COUNSELING TO WOMEN ON AN ONGOING BASIS IN A FAMILIAR SETTING WHERE THEY FEEL SAFE AND SECURE, AND MAKES REFERRALS TO OTHER MENTAL HEALTH OR TREATMENT PROGRAMS IN THE COMMUNITY AS NEEDED.
