IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, VOLUNTEERS AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES, FOUR AFFORDABLE NEW HOMES WERE CONSTRUCTED AND SOLD TO HOMEOWNERS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022. THESE HOMES WERE BUILT TO HELP PROVIDE SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. OUR "A BRUSH WITH KINDNESS" PROGRAM PRESERVES AND REPAIRS EXISTING HOMES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, DISABLED AND VETERANS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, FORTY-NINE ABWK AND NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS WERE COMPLETED AND SIX COMMUNITY OUTREACH EVENTS WERE OFFERED.
RESTORE IS A RETAIL OPERATION THAT ACCEPTS DONATIONS OF BUILDING MATERIALS, PROMOTES RECYCLING AND REUSE, AND GENERATES A STREAM OF INCOME WHICH WILL BE USED FOR THE MINISTRY. THIS OPERATION WAS TRANSFERRED TO HABITAT INTERNATIONAL IN JULY 2012. IN 2022 THE ORGANIZATION PURCHASED THE RESTORE FROM HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL AND TOOK BACK FULL OPERATIONS JULY 1ST. NOW 100% OF NET REVENUES STAY WITH OUR ORGANIZATION AND ARE USED TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION.
