DIMENSIONS IS A BLACK WOMEN AND PEOPLE OF COLOR LED NONPROFIT THAT PROVIDES TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY IN DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION ALONGSIDE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR EMERGING BLACK WOMEN LEADERS. DIMENSIONS' TRAININGS AND PROJECTS SUPPORT MULTIRACIAL, MULTICULTURAL, AND MULTIFAITH LEADERS IN REFLECTING, INNOVATING, STRATEGIZING, COLLABORATING, AND PRODUCING DEEPER EQUITY AND HEALING IN THEMSELVES AND THE WORLD AROUND THEM. AT DIMENSIONS WE ASSIST LEADERS IN RECOVERING A DEEPER SENSE OF THEIR HUMANITY THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS.

THROUGH THE DEPTH AND DIVERSITY OF OUR FACILITATED WORKSHOPS, INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE SUPPORTED IN NAVIGATING JOURNEYS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL ENGAGEMENT AND MEANINGFUL CHANGE.
