OUR TOTAL PROGRAM EXPENSES WERE DIVIDED AMONG 28 PROGRAMS THIS YEAR WHICH INCLUDED: COMMUNITY BUILDING ACTIVITIES, EDUCATION AND TRAINING THROUGH FORUMS, SPEAKERS AND NFSJ WORKSHOPS AROUND ISSUES OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION. THIS YEAR'S PROGRAMMING FOCUSED ON MLK DAY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE, PRIDEFEST 2023, NATIVE AMERICAN ISSUES, SCHOOL AND YOUTH ORGANIZING, AND THE WORK OF ADDRESSING ANTI-RACISM AND WHITE PRIVILEGE AMONG BOTH STUDENTS AND ADULTS. WE ALSO HOSTED STUDENT INTERNS THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE ENTIRE FY. THESE PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES REACHED OVER 1200 RESIDENTS IN WINCHESTER AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
