OUR TOTAL PROGRAM EXPENSES WERE DIVIDED AMONG 31 PROGRAMS THIS YEAR WHICH INCLUDED COMMUNITY BUILDING ACTIVITIES, STUDENT INTERNSHIPS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING THROUGH FORUMS, SPEAKERS AND NFSJ WORKSHOPS AROUND ISSUES OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION. THIS YEAR'S PROGRAMMING FOCUSED ON NATIVE AMERICAN ISSUES, MLK DAY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE, PRIDEFEST 2022, IMMIGRANT JUSTICE, SCHOOL AND YOUTH ORGANIZING, AND THE WORK OF ADDRESSING ANTI-RACISM AND WHITE PRIVILEGE AMONG BOTH STUDENTS AND ADULTS. THESE PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES REACHED OVER 1500 RESIDENTS IN WINCHESTER AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
