THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS A UNIQUE, RESEARCH-BASED TRAINING MODEL THAT EQUIPS INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WITH SKILLS TO RECOGNIZE, UNDERSTAND, APPRECIATE, AND LEVERAGE DIFFERENCES. THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAMS INCLUDE A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE AREAS OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, INCLUSIVE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, RESTORATIVE JUSTICE, AND CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS ON RACE.
