PROVIDE ON-SITE WORKFORCE AND DIVERSITY TRAINING FOR BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, AND PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, AND UNIVERSITIES IN SIOUX FALLS. TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, SUCH TRAINING SHALL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO THE REQUESTING BUSINESS OR ENTITY. PROVIDE WORKFORCE AND DIVERSITY CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS IN SIOUX FALLS WHICH SHALL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT THE LOWEST COST POSSIBLE. DEVELOP PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGNS, EXPLAINING THE BENEFITS OF PROVIDING TRAINING TO OUR DIVERSE YOUTH AND ETHNIC GROUPS IN SIOUX FALLS. SUPPORT, PROMOTE, AND SPONSOR EVENTS IN SIOUX FALLS WHICH PROMOTE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, CAREER EXPLORATION, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION.
