THROUGH THE USE OF JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AT LIVABLE WAGES. SUPPORT SERVICES ARE ALSO OFFERED TO FARMWORKERS AND ARE USED TO HELP THEM IN THEIR CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OR WHEN SEEKING OTHER EMPLOYMENT.
