CIVIC STAFFING LC3 , HARBORQUEST'S WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY, IS AN ALTERNATIVE TEMPORARY STAFFING AGENCY WHOSE MISSON IS TO HARNESS THE POWER OF THE STAFFING INDUSTRY TO BATTLE URBAN POVERTY. DISADVANTAGED WORKERS ARE PLACED IN LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENTS. THESE CUSTOMER COMPANIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO HIRE THE WORKERS BASED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE IN A TEMPORARY JOB AS WELL AS PROVIDING ON THE JOB WORK EXPERIENCE.
