EMERGE ENTERPRISES, INC. OPERATES SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUSINESSES THAT EMPOWER ADULTS TO RE-ENTER THE WORKFORCE AND ACHIEVE LIFE-LONG SUCCESS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR ADULTS WITH SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO TYPICAL EMPLOYMENT. MANY OF OUR TRAINEES ARE IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE, MANY HAVE FELONY CONVICTIONS, AN MOST HAVE LIMITED WORK HISTORY. THESE ARE PAID POSITIONS WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR GOOD WORK PERFORMANCE. WE PROVIDE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMEN FOCUSED ON SKILL BUILDING AND BOTH PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
