OUR POLICY TEAM CONDUCTED ANALYSES, HOSTED WORKSHOPS, AND PROVIDED EDUCATION AND OUTREACH TO POLICYMAKERS TO SUPPORT INCREASED FEDERAL FUNDING FOR CARBON REMOVAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS NEW POLICIES THAT WILL HELP SCALE THE DEPLOYMENT OF CARBON REMOVAL SOLUTIONS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE ALSO GREW OUR ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE INITIATIVE, LAUNCHING OUR REGRANTING WORK.
CARBON180 WORKS ON EDUCATION AROUND CLIMATE CHANGE AND CARBON REMOVAL SOLUTIONS. TO DO THIS, WE PRODUCE COMMUNICATION MATERIALS AND HOST A REPOSITORY OF INFORMATION ON CARBON REMOVAL ON OUR WEBSITE.
