CONSERVATION POLICY: RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND EVALUATION OF STATE AND FEDERAL PUBLIC LAND POLICY (INCLUDING FEDERAL AGENCY REGULATIONS AND LEGISLATION) AS IT RELATES TO CONSERVING AND PROTECTING THE OUTDOORS AND PROVIDING CLEAN AIR AND WATER, HEALTHY ECOSYSTEMS, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUSTAINABLE AND EQUITABLE HUMAN POWERED OUTDOOR RECREATION. DEVELOP COMMUNITYWIDE CONSERVATION AND EQUITABLE ACCESS POLICY PRIORITIES, INCLUDING VARIOUS PROTECTIVE LAND AND WATER DESIGNATIONS, AND EDUCATE STATE AND FEDERAL POLICYMAKERS REGARDING THE SAME.
