WHILE TRUE "PROGRAM SERVICES" HAVE YET TO BE LAUNCHED, THE BOARD HAS SPENT THE PAST YEAR IN DILIGENT SEARCH OF APPROPRIATE PROPERTY THAT WILL ALLOW US TO PROCEED WITH COMMUNITY DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. AT THE SAME TIME WE HAVE PARTICIPATED IN CONTINUING COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN SIMILAR ENDEAVORS, ALLOWING US TO FURTHER REFINE AND DEFINE OUR UNDERSTANDING OF BEST DESIGN, LOCATION AND FINANCIAL MODEL APPROACHES IN ORDER TO MOST EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY ACHIEVE OUR GOALS FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR TARGET CONSTITUENCY. FINALLY, WE HAVE CONTINUED OUR EFFORTS TO IDENTIFY AND HAVE DIALOGUES WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES THAT WILL BE EXTREMELY VALUABLE TO MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY.
