MISSION STATEMENT: BALLET AFSANEH ART & CULTURE SOCIETY ("AACS") PROMOTES THE EXPRESSIVE ARTS OF THE HISTORIC SILK ROAD REGIONS OF EURASIA. WE ENDEAVOR TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE DIVERSE AND ENDURING REGIONAL CULTURES, SUPPORT ARTISTS IN THEIR ROLES AS VISIONARY COMMUNITY LEADERS, AND INSPIRE PEOPLE THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF BOTH TRADITIONAL AND NEW ARTWORK. AACS ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT ARTISTS AS PERFORMERS, PRODUCERS, EDUCATORS, LEARNERS, TRADITION KEEPERS AND ADVOCATES. THE ORGANIZATION NURTURES THE GROWTH OF LEADERS IN THE ARTS AMONG THE DIASPORA COMMUNITIES AND WORLD ARTS PRACTITIONERS, WHO MAKE THEIR CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE ACCESSIBLE IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
