CLIENT CONTACTS WITH OVER 17,000 HOMELESS VETERANS AND OTHER HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES IN OVER 200 HOMELESS CAMPS, SHELTERS,FOOD KITCHENS, AND OTHER LOCATIONS WHERE HOMELESS POPULATIONS CONGREGATE IN CENTRAL OREGON DURING 2021 THROUGH OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
