WE ARE A SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY THAT ASSISTS ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO FIND AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT, START AND RUN THEIR OWN MICRO-ENTERPRISES, VOLUNTEER, ATTEND POST SECONDARY EDUCATION AND ACCESS THEIR COMMUNITY. SERVICES ARE BASED ON THE PHILOSOPHY THAT ALL PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY TO BE CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITY.

APPROXIMATELY 75% OF THE INDIVIDUALS THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS ARE EMPLOYED IN COMMUNITY BUSINESSES, 14% OPERATE THEIR OWN MICRO-ENTERPRISES, 55% VOLUNTEER IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND 5% TAKE CLASSES AT LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES.
